Call Queuing
Call Queuing will put inbound callers on-hold with music if you are
busy with another caller. You have the control to set the maximum hold
time for the callers in queue as well as enable whether you want the
callers on-hold to automatically hear their current position in the
queue.
In addition, when your logged into WebLINK, you can view the status of
your call queue list in real-time, with the ability to view the arrival
time, phone number and call ID of each caller.
Each mailbox gets it's own unique call queue and customized settings.
