Announce Then Connect
The Announce Then Connect feature works with our Call Whisper and Call Announcement features and will announce the call as normal, but then it will not wait for the user to press a key, it will just connect the caller to you live. By default, Announce Then Connect is not enabled, but we can enable it at anytime for no additional charge or you can do it anytime through WebLINK.
