Tired of the basic voicemail service from your local telephone company?

Our virtual office solutions will make your small business look more professional and attractive to potential customers, and help increase your productivity through a host of advanced virtual communications features. Functioning as a virtual attendant, PBX system and sales tool, your virtual office can contain both employee and department extensions/mailboxes.

One toll-free number, customized to meet the needs of any small business or sales professional

  • Accessible from anywhere in North America
  • Supports unlimited incoming calls so your callers never hear a busy signal
  • Designate mailboxes for any use you want
  • Each mailbox has its own forwarding number. "Sales" can forward to a cell phone in New York and "Support" can forward to a home office in Los Angeles.
  • Your callers hear music-on-hold while waiting to be transferred
  • Provide employees with their own mailboxes that can be checked via phone or online
  • Voice and fax messages can be forwarded to an email address as attachments

With our toll-free voicemail solutions, your company will have its own unique toll free number accessible from anywhere in North America. Callers call in and hear a custom main greeting and are given options to choose from.

Powerful Automation

You can have mailboxes/extensions give more information about your products and/or services. You can have callers choose an extension to be connected to sales, the operator, technical support, or any "department" you choose. These "departments" can all be handled by you or by different employees nationwide or in your office. You can also forward all calls to one number (cell phone, home phone, office phone) and know what the caller is calling about.

For example, a caller dials 3 to get technical support. They are put on hold, with music, and the call is transferred to your cell phone. When you answer the phone, your system lets you know that you have a caller on hold waiting to speak with technical support. You can then choose to either accept the call or hang up the phone and put the caller into voicemail.

Your system will also work if you have several employees. Program your system to call Employee One's cell phone, home phone, or office phone whenever a caller wants to speak to a sales representative. Lets say you have 2 employees on your sales team. You can have the system call Employee Two if Employee One is on another line, or does not pickup.

You can have personal extensions on the system. Assign extension 84 through 87, for example, to be employee extensions. Callers can also choose to hear a list of extensions.

You can increase message organization with email forwarding. Each mailbox can have a different email address to forward messages to. Therefore, a message left on your mailbox will be forwarded, as an audio attachment, to your personal email.

Technology, Products and Services

FreedomVOICE Systems offers a variety of advanced communication services that simplify voice messaging and virtual office applications for growing businesses. The company offers three monthly packages (Loud Lite, Loud Pro, and Loud Xtreme) designed to fit the particular needs of any organization. It also offers additional features that can be added to any particular package. The packages start at $9.95 a month, plus toll charges (4.5 to 6.9 cents a minute, depending upon the plan). And best of all, FreedomVOICE has unmatched flexibility. Its technological, architectural and engineering capabilities enable FreedomVOICE to customize its systems to meet the specific requirements of any customer.

Customization, Flexibility

Part of the FreedomVOICE mission is to create custom voice messaging applications to fit the exact needs of its customers. The company’s support and development teams work in tandem to make these possible, addressing individual requirements from day one. Based on ongoing customer feedback, this flexibility and dedication to customer service sets FreedomVOICE apart from other voice messaging systems providers.

The FVS development team has written every piece of code on which its voice messaging system runs, a pleasant anomaly among service providers in the industry. The system is inherently flexible, and its features are in modular nodes that can be configured and packaged in any combination for its individual customers.

Similarly, FreedomVOICE can create industry specific packages. For instance, systems can be set up for those in the fields of law, real estate or dental practices, taking into consideration the particular requirements of each profession. For such offices, FreedomVOICE can create what’s essentially a “virtual PBX system,” which works just as efficiently, but at only a fraction of the price of the real thing.
