Instant Professional Automated Front Office

When callers dial your toll-free number, they will be greeted with a customized automated message which you can record. In this greeting, you can welcome your callers and instruct them to use different extensions to get the information they are looking for. If you tend to get a lot of calls asking for directions, store hours, dates and times of upcoming events or other requests that tend to interrupt your busy day, automated it and let your toll-free system provide this information to your callers anytime they need it.

In addition, your auto attendant can deliver calls to department or employee extensions on demand. For example, say the caller dials extension 3 Sales. The caller is then placed on-hold with music while our system calls your home, office and/or cell phone to connect the caller to you. When you answer, you have the option to accept the call or not. If you accept, simply press 1 and you'll be instantly connected with the caller. If you choose not to answer the call, the caller will be sent into the Sales mailbox. When a message has been left, the Sales mailbox can notify you of the message instantly by calling you, by emailing you and/or by paging you. Each mailbox can be designated for a different department or employee and have its own unique call flow, voicemail, and notification options.

No Busy Signals

Your toll-free number will be able to handle an unlimited number of calls, so your callers will never hear a busy signal. Even if two callers dial your toll-free number at the exact same time, both callers will get through. If they dial your extension to be connected to you live and you are busy or choose not to accept the call, both callers will forwarded to your voicemail box where they can leave you a message simultaneously.

With our Ultimate Sales Tool you can have callers receive more information about your company or service through sub-menued mailboxes. For example, a caller dials 1 to learn more about your company's products. They then can access additional sub-menus that detail each product you offer. For Red Widgets, dial 1, for Blue Widgets, dial 2, for Green Widgets, dial 3, etc. After listening to the desired product description, the caller can either choose to request an order form by fax, leave a message, hold to speak with someone live or go back to the main menu.
